Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills are an advantage for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoices and follow up on outstanding items.
• Manage and follow up on shipping requests.
• Follow up on backorders.
• Support KPI reporting, including preparing and maintaining reports.
• Support environmental and sustainability reporting.
• Identify opportunities for and implement small process improvements.
• Support data quality and transparency in operations.
• Assist with ad hoc operational and analytical tasks.
