You will join a team of 20 professionals, work on onboarding, HR tasks, events, meetings, and cross-team coordination. This on-site role is ideal for a gap-year student in a full-time capacity through summer 2028.

Qualifications

• Completed STX, HTX, HHX or HF.
• Graduate level experience or education.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and recruitment in HR system.
• Support for anniversaries, retirements, and international colleagues.
• Assistance with timesheet, expenses, and travel arrangements.
• Planning and coordination of meetings and internal events.
• Execution of various ad hoc and picoline-related tasks.
