Job summary

Viatris, a global healthcare company, seeks a Global Director, Technical Services Respiratory to lead technical activities for externally manufactured products across the Respiratory portfolio in Europe.

You will drive tech transfer projects, partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing and R&D, ensure timely supply, RFT, and cost competitiveness while mentoring teams and advancing quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related science; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and GMP manufacturing.
• Experience in OINDP, parenteral, or vaccine is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of externally manufactured products for the Respiratory portfolio.
• Develop and execute tech transfer projects aligning with launch targets.
• Improve manufacturing robustness and cost competitiveness.
• Provide technical expertise to vendors and collaborate with Quality, Sourcing, and R&D.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA closure for external manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices across sites.
