Job summary

Global Director Publications at Novo Nordisk will lead the worldwide publication agenda for our cardiometabolic portfolio, shaping publication strategy and overseeing execution across trial phases and evidence types, including real-world evidence. The role drives AI-enabled processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Søborg with relocation support. You will lead a high-impact team, partner with R&D, Market Access and external experts, and ensure compliance with publication standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 10+ years in pharma industry or medical writing agencies with leadership experience.
• Experience with global KOLs and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a publication team.
• Define and execute global scientific publication strategy across clinical trial phases and evidence types (including RWE).
• Align assets across Publication Planning Groups (PPGs).
• Drive publication planning across the portfolio and manage an annual budget.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders as authors and presenters.
• Own the global publication operating model and embed AI/digital workflows.
• Ensure alignment with Good Publication Practice, regulatory and ethical standards.
