Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist to own the Microsoft 365 stack, including Defender and Sentinel, and to secure and optimize our global digital workplace from Copenhagen. You will manage devices, IAM, and cloud-first transitions while collaborating across time zones.

You will lead user adoption, provide training, and partner with IT Security, Data, and Business Applications to build secure, efficient workflows for colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 security and governance.
• Hands-on with security tooling and incident handling.
• Ability to balance user needs with strong security practices.

Responsibilities

• Global device deployment and lifecycle management.
• Security and access management including Defender and Sentinel.
• On-premises to cloud migration support and guidance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 intranet, Teams, and SharePoint for security and usability.
• Troubleshoot software and device issues and assist staff.
• Create guides and lead training on new tools and processes.
• Identify and roll out new digital solutions to save time and improve security.
• Plan and deliver software/hardware rollouts on schedule.
• Coordinate with IT Security, Data, and Business Applications teams.
