Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist to own the Microsoft 365 estate, including security controls across global offices. You will manage device deployment, IAM, and cloud-first transitions while supporting staff worldwide with training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud tools.
• Practical security tooling experience (Defender, Sentinel).
• Experience migrating from on-premises to cloud-based services.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global rollout and lifecycle of the laptop estate.
• Manage security and access with Defender and Sentinel; IAM and data privacy.
• Support transition to cloud-first Microsoft 365 services across regions.
• Maintain intranet, Teams, and SharePoint security and usability.
• Provide user support and training for new tools; drive adoption.
• Lead process improvements and monitor project delivery across teams.
