Job summary

DFDS in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Application Domain Owner to manage the lifecycle of critical Workplace and HR systems, including Microsoft 365, Adonis HR, and related capabilities. You will partner with business stakeholders, translate needs into a prioritized backlog, and drive agile delivery across domains.

In this role you lead quarterly planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and continuously improve the digital employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in application management or product ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to translate needs into technology.
• Practical experience with agile methods and ceremonies.
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Good understanding of lifecycle management, integrations and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint focus is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adonis HR and/or Marine Crewing Systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application lifecycle and ensure security, stability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business to translate needs into a structured backlog and roadmap.
• Drive agile delivery including quarterly planning, sprint ceremonies and reviews.
• Coordinate delivery across stakeholders, vendors, architects and tech teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impediments and follow up proactively.
• Drive standardisation, reuse and collaboration across domains.
• Lead or support cross-domain projects with necessary expertise.
