Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Delivery Performance Excellence Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain improvements across manufacturing sites. You will drive delivery performance, implement data-driven performance systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a global, travel-heavy role.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage DBS methodologies, and work from home or Danfoss offices when not traveling. A strong background in manufacturing SCM and SAP/BI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation and performance improvements.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BI, Power BI and advanced Excel for analysis and decision-making.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Interest in digital technologies, data analytics, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain transformation projects across manufacturing sites and end-to-end improvements.
• Drive delivery performance excellence using DBS methodologies.
• Implement performance management systems using data and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement across Delivery and Inventory via Kaizen workshops and process mapping.
• Partner with stakeholders to build a culture of high performance.
