Job summary

Maersk is seeking a proactive Crew Operator to join our Crewing team, ensuring vessels are crewed with qualified maritime professionals. You will manage crew planning and readiness across the global fleet, aligning with flag requirements and company guidelines.

You will coordinate with Fleet Groups, handle crew changes, evaluate performance, ensure documentation validity, and maintain data in our planning systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in crewing or maritime operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Ability to plan and execute in a structured manner.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew planning and operational readiness for vessels.
