Job summary

Princh seeks a Compliance Lead to own and develop the company’s compliance and information security activities. You’ll work with ISO 27001, GDPR, tenders, and partnership agreements, coordinating with colleagues, customers and auditors.

You don’t need to have held the title before; a solid foundation in compliance, privacy or information security is enough to take the next step and own the area.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with compliance, GDPR, information security, ISO or similar areas.
• Ability to translate standards, regulations and contractual requirements into practical processes.
• Structured and comfortable taking responsibility for a cross-functional area.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & governance – maintain policies, processes, controls and documentation.
• ISO & information security – maintain ISO 27001:2022 certification and coordinate audits.
• GDPR & privacy – support GDPR compliance across the business.
• Tenders – coordinate responses focusing on compliance, privacy, security, and contractual matters.
• Partnership agreements – assist drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with partners.
