Job summary

Loyalty Key, a Nordic leader in digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector, is seeking an Information Security & Compliance Manager to own our security and compliance framework and coordinate audits.

You will work with management and IT to embed security controls across the organization, drive risk assessments, and support certifications as Loyalty Key grows. This role is based in Denmark with opportunities to shape our governance landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security, compliance, IT risk or audit.
• Experience with security controls, audits or assurance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of information security and technology.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the information security and compliance framework.
• Coordinate audits and maintain documentation and evidence.
• Support assurance requirements and future certifications.
• Perform risk assessments and follow up on control activities.
• Maintain security policies and procedures.
• Support supplier and third-party security assessments.
• Support customer security and compliance requests.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement requirements in practice.
