Princh seeks a Compliance Lead to own and develop the company’s compliance and information security activities. You’ll work with ISO 27001, GDPR, tenders, and partnership agreements, coordinating with colleagues, customers and auditors.
You don’t need to have held the title before; a solid foundation in compliance, privacy or information security is enough to take the next step and own the area.
Application deadline: We review applications and conduct interviews continuously, and the starting date is as soon as possible.

This is a role with real responsibility and a broad scope. You’ll work with everything from ISO 27001 and GDPR to information security, tenders and partnership agreements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the company as well as customers, partners and external auditors.
You don't need to have been a Compliance Lead before. We're looking for someone who has built a solid foundation within compliance, privacy, information security or a related area — and is hungry to take the next step and make the area their own.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days writing policies in isolation. You'll work closely with our commercial and technical teams and regularly communicate with customers, partners, auditors and other external stakeholders.
When specialist legal expertise is required, you'll help coordinate with external advisors rather than being expected to know everything yourself.
You probably have 2–5 years of experience working with compliance, GDPR, information security, ISO or similar areas.
You don't need to have owned all of these areas before. What's more important is that you're ready to.

This is not a remote or hybrid role.
You'll join an international software company where your work will have a visible impact.
We're a relatively small team, which means you won't be one compliance specialist among twenty others. You'll have genuine ownership of your area and work directly with colleagues across the organization.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how we approach compliance and information security as the company grows, while developing your own skills and responsibilities along the way.
We offer an informal working environment with a high degree of trust, responsibility and room to make your own decisions.
You'll report directly to our CEO.
