Job summary

Princh A/S, an Aarhus-based software scale-up, seeks a Compliance Lead to own and evolve our compliance and information security program as we grow internationally, with responsibilities spanning ISO 27001, GDPR, privacy, tenders and partner agreements.

You will work closely with commercial and technical teams, external auditors and customers to turn complex standards into practical, auditable controls, policies and documentation, while proactively tracking regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, GDPR, information security or ISO 27001 family of standards.
• Ability to translate standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations into practical processes.
• Structured and capable of owning an area with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Confident communication with technical, commercial teams, management, customers, partners and auditors.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as Princh grows.
• Speaking/writing one or more Scandinavian languages is a solid advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop Princh's compliance and information security activities.
• Maintain ISO 27001:2022 certification, coordinate audits, manage risks and controls.
• Support GDPR compliance across the business, including data processing agreements and privacy docs.
• Coordinate tenders and partnership agreements related to compliance, privacy, security and contracts.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical actions for the business.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams and external auditors.
