NKT seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to own the cyber security agenda for an international industrial group, based at our Nordic headquarters in Copenhagen, overseeing IT, software and cloud security across multiple regions. The role provides global exposure with 20–25 days of travel per year.

You will lead information security policy, risk management and regulatory compliance (NIS2, AI Act, ISO 27001, GDPR) and collaborate with the CIO and senior leaders to strengthen cyber resilience

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of information security implementation experience.
• Broad knowledge of cyber security, IT infra, software and cloud services.
• Experience with international organisations and senior management.
• Knowledge of NIS2, AI-act, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• ITIL and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the IT threat landscape, cyber risks and applicable information security legislation.
• Develop, maintain and communicate IT security policies.
• Monitor policy compliance and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Develop and manage information and cyber security improvement programmes.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear information on cyber risks, priorities and security status.
