Netcompany Group is looking for a GRC Specialist to join the Group CISO Office in Copenhagen. The role is full-time and focuses on turning data and regulatory requirements into practical security decisions.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent IT/engineering experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights.
• Excellent Danish and English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk scenarios and assess mitigating controls.
• Create automated KPIs showing security control effectiveness.
• Translate regulatory requirements into security baselines.
• Plan and run security awareness and phishing simulations.
• Lead smaller security improvement projects from planning to implementation.
• Develop and test incident response, crisis management and business continuity processes.
