Job summary

TotalEnergies Group Denmark is seeking a cybersecurity leader to shape governance and risk management across enterprise and industrial IT, ensuring alignment with Danish standards and the NIS2 directive. You will translate security requirements into practical guidance, partner with stakeholders, and drive remediation of vulnerabilities while supporting incident response and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

BSc in Information Security (or similar) or at least 10 years of IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
Knowledge of NIS2 directive related Danish Executive Order No. 260.
Experience with Industrial Information Systems / OT environments is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate requirements into practical guidance.
Structured, analytical approach to risk-, incident-, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

Shape and maintain local cybersecurity governance aligned with group standards and Danish regulations.
Turn security requirements into practical guidance, templates, and day-to-day workflows.
Support incident response by investigating and following up with HQ, local teams, and external providers.
Identify gaps, build remediation plans, and report progress to stakeholders.
