DESMI is seeking a Senior Automation Manager to strengthen and scale our automation capabilities across the organization. You will lead a team of automation engineers in Denmark and China, aligning technical solutions with business needs and setting direction for multiple projects.

You will own operations of automation solutions, drive improved processes, and manage stakeholders across Product Management, Production, and Service. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Fluent in English (corporate language).
