Job summary

The Cloud People is seeking an AMS Manager to own and evolve its global ServiceNow AMS offering, shaping the portfolio and delivery models across international teams.

You will partner with Sales, Global Competency Centers, and Service Delivery to design scalable services, drive automation and AI, and improve profitability while maintaining delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or developing AMS for ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Service Management.
• Commercial mindset with experience in service design, pricing, or business development.
• Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and managed service delivery.
• Experience with AI, automation, or service innovation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

About the role

As our AMS Manager, you will own and evolve The Cloud People's global Application Management Services (AMS) offering. You will be responsible for developing our managed services portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence, and working closely with Sales, Global Competency Centers, and Service Delivery teams to create scalable, high-value AMS services for our customers.

This is a strategic role that combines service design, commercial leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
