Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our Aftersales Team in Brabrand. You will support our CO2 refrigeration and heating systems across Europe and LATAM, delivering high-quality technical assistance via phone and email.

We value quality-minded, solution-driven professionals who communicate clearly in English. Some travel will be required, and training will be provided for CO2 refrigerant knowledge.

Qualifications

• Background as a Refrigeration Technician or similar experience.
• Knowledge about CO2 as a refrigerant is an advantage and training will be provided.
• You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and eager to share knowledge with other technicians.
• Clear and professional English communication, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email, guiding customers in optimization, fault diagnosis, and daily operations.
• Participate in the 24/7 support setup to ensure customers have a technical lifeline.
• Handle warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate across the organization to solve complex issues and deliver the best customer experience.
• Travel approximately 25 days per year as part of the international support setup.
