Job summary

Advansor is seeking an Aftersales Engineer to join its international team. Based at our Brabrand facilities, you will support CO2 refrigeration systems through technical guidance, warranty handling, and training delivery.

You will contribute to customer success across Europe and LATAM, working with a diverse team and receiving training to broaden CO2 expertise. English is the corporate language, with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Background as Refrigeration Technician or similar.
• Knowledge about CO2 refrigerant is an advantage, with training provided.
• Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and keen to share knowledge with others.
• Clear and professional English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email, guiding customers through optimization and fault diagnosis.
• Be part of our 24/7 support setup to ensure customers have a technical lifeline.
• Handle warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate across the organization to solve complex issues and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Travel approximately 25 days per year as part of the international support setup.
