Job summary

Advansor, part of Dover Food Retail, seeks an Aftersales Engineer to provide top‑tier technical support for CO2 refrigeration systems from our Brabrand facilities. You will handle warranty claims, training, and commissioning support while collaborating across teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Based in Denmark, you will participate in a 24/7 support setup and travel about 25 days per year to support customers across Europe and LATAM.

Qualifications

• Background as a Refrigeration Technician or similar.
• Knowledge about CO2 as a refrigerant is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and eager to share knowledge with others.
• Clear and professional English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email, guiding customers through optimization, fault diagnosis, and daily operations.
• Partake in our 24/7 support setup to ensure customers always have a technical lifeline.
• Handle warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate across the organization to solve complex issues and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Travel ~25 days per year as part of our international support setup.
