Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Technical Design Engineer to lead layout design and documentation for complex projects in the food, pharma and environmental sectors. You will drive 3D factory layouts, HF levels, and system integration across departments and locations.

You will collaborate with Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure deliverables align with milestones, share Navisworks files, and coordinate with design resources in India. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

Fluent in Danish and English for collaboration across cultures and departments.
Background as technical designer, mechanical or process engineer.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at different phases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Create 3D factory layouts and HF Levels using Autodesk Inventor, managing diagrams and documentation with P&ID and Vault.
Update 3D layouts with system inputs and coordinate with system owners for integration.
Produce 2D drawings with part lists, system arrangements and principal diagrams.
Collaborate with colleagues in India and potentially coordinate design resources there.
Travel up to 20 days per year for site work and meetings.
