Job summary

HR-ON is expanding into Germany and is hiring a part-time German-speaking Sales Development Representative in Odense. You will reach out to German companies to introduce HR-ON’s recruitment and core HR software, start conversations and book meetings for the sales team.

This entry-level role emphasizes initiative, curiosity and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. You’ll spend most days contacting prospects in German, tracking interactions in the CRM, and helping shape

Qualifications

• You can hold a conversation with someone who wasn't expecting to hear from you and you don't take a no personally.
• You ask questions until you understand, and can explain something in the other person's words.
• You don't need a manager checking up on you to deliver; when you're stuck you ask instead of waiting.
• You work well with a team and continuously strive to improve.
• You speak and write German fluently.

Responsibilities

• Calling and emailing companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German
• Booking meetings for our sales team to close
• Following up on leads from campaigns, webinars and events
• Trying different messages and target groups, and keeping track of what actually works
• Keeping the CRM in a state where a colleague can pick up your conversation
