Danske Bank seeks a Senior Business Analyst to scale Amazon Quick across the bank, turning business needs into practical, value-driven solutions that boost productivity. You will partner with business units to identify use cases, translate needs into clear requirements, and align stakeholders across business, engineering, architecture and control functions.

You will guide decision-makers toward value-driven outcomes, ensuring use cases align with capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or in a similar role.
Degree in technology, business, data science or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to listen, ask questions and challenge ideas.
Experience with business analysis methods such as stakeholder analysis, process modelling and requirements validation.
Ability to turn complex needs into clear requirements and value-driven solution proposals.
Agile, collaborative mindset and ability to work across business and technology teams.
Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
