Retailors, Nike’s leading retail partner, seeks a capable Lead to own key store areas, drive operational excellence and a premium customer experience. You will set teamwork standards, coach staff, and ensure flawless store processes in a dynamic environment across Europe.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and strong brand representation, with weekend/evening availability and a focus on delivering exceptional service and growth opportunities within the Retailors network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Coaching, training, and developing team members to achieve success.
• In-depth knowledge of the Nike brand and how to embody its attributes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts, assign duties, and provide direction during shifts.
• Model best practices and set high standards in the area of responsibility.
• Train and coach new employees to foster growth and success.
• Address customer and employee conflicts promptly and resolve them.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve operations and development.
• Support store openings/closings and ensure health and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
