Tour Partner Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator with French to join our Copenhagen-based team. You will support senior members, coordinate tour logistics, and ensure smooth execution of travel experiences within an international team.

Responsibilities include itinerary crafting, bookings, and client communication, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving. The role offers hybrid work in Copenhagen and opportunities for growth in travel operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, spoken and written.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
• Coordinate logistics and bookings for accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Communicate with the Tour Leader during tours to adjust the program and solve problems.
• Double check and send final travel documents to clients.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide information and support.
• Monitor payment terms and invoices; report delays to the DM/supervisor or TL.
• Provide support for other departments when needed.
• Engage in on-the-job training to understand tour operations and industry standards.
• Participate in learning opportunities to broaden knowledge of travel logistics.
