Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Data Specialist, Freight Intelligence, to shape the digital future of Global Freight Procurement. You will oversee the data backbone across freight operations, ensuring scalable, reliable data platforms and governance to support today and tomorrow's needs.

You will work with stakeholders across Freight Procurement and IT to implement AI-enabled solutions, improve data quality, and drive continuous digital transformation in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital solutions, business systems, data platforms, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, governance principles, and modern digital platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across business and technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics into business language.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity for innovation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the freight data foundation through system integrations, data quality management, governance, and platform reliability.
• Lead initiatives and explore AI-driven opportunities that improve freight processes and create measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain digital system roadmaps aligned with Freight Procurement priorities and Danfoss's broader digital strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to implement scalable digital solutions and business systems.
• Support user adoption, training, and capability building to maximize value of new digital solutions.
