Pflanzen Für Alle seeks an experienced Event Manager to drive field operations across Denmark. You will coordinate staff, plan missions, and manage logistics for multiple on-site events, ensuring seamless customer experiences and accurate post-event reporting.

The role is freelance with 25 yearly events in Denmark, requiring 39 hours per event and availability Thursday through Sunday. Strong Danish and English, plus experience in events, retail, or hospitality, is essential.

Are you passionate about events and retail? We are a fast-growing European company looking for our next Event Manager!

You will join a young, dynamic, and international team to carry out concrete field missions with frequent travel across Denmark.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparation: Coordinate staff, plan missions, organize travel and accommodation, manage merchandise logistics, and set up the point of sale.


• On-site Management: Manage the team, supervise sales and cash registers, manage stock and merchandising, maintain the store, and ensure a smooth customer experience.


• Closing: Ensure dismantling, perform inventory, load merchandise, clean the venue, and provide detailed post-event reporting and feedback.

Schedule & Availability:

• Events run from Friday to Sunday (on-site presence required starting Thursday).


• 39 hours per event.


• 1 to 3 events per month depending on the season (around 25 events per year in Denmark).

The ideal profile:

• Languages: Fluent Danish and English (mandatory).


• Experience: Proven experience in event management, retail, or hospitality. Experience in the plant sector is a strong plus.


• Hard skills: Proficiency in operational logistics, on-site organization, and point-of-sale management. Knowledge of plants is a plus, though training will be provided upon taking the position.


• Soft skills: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, excellent customer service, proactive and solution-oriented, rigorous, and professional. You also possess strong team coordination and management skills.

• Remuneration: Between 8,000 DKK and 12,000 DKK per event, depending on profile and experience
