Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join the Decision Intelligence team to strengthen fraud detection and risk management. The role focuses on translating fraud patterns into rules, monitoring performance, and ensuring controls remain effective and explainable.

You will work closely with FraudOps, AML, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve speed, resilience, and quality in fraud decisioning. The position offers flexible remote or hybrid work options, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fraud Analyst, Risk Analyst, Fraud Strategy Analyst, Fraud Rules Analyst, Decisioning Analyst, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve fraud decisioning with focus on card fraud and financial crime scenarios.
• Support end-to-end rule lifecycle from proposal to deployment and monitoring.
• Analyze fraud patterns, alert trends, and rule performance.
• Translate insights into structured rule proposals.
• Collaborate with FraudOps, AML, Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Legal.
• Maintain documentation and governance around rules.
