Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead two cross-functional teams focused on automated content moderation and fraud detection. You will drive end-to-end ML projects from concept to production, bridging data science with engineering while partnering with product managers and designers.

A hands-on leader, you’ll grow talent and ensure scalable, resilient systems. Copenhagen office presence is expected several times a week.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling complex ML systems.
• Hands-on data science across end-to-end lifecycle—from concept to production.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, ML engineers, and designers.
• Exposure to fraud detection or platform integrity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead two cross-functional teams of Data Scientists and Engineers dedicated to automated content moderation and fake review detection.
• Own delivery across key ML initiatives balancing research goals with sustainable engineering practices.
• Plan, scope, estimate, and prioritize technical work with product and partners.
• Mentor and manage stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
