Relewise is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer in Aarhus (hybrid) to evolve our core platform. You will design and deliver features across the search and recommendation engine, and review both human-written and AI-generated changes for production readiness.

You bring deep production experience with C# and .NET, plus software-architecture know-how and a pragmatic approach to SOLID, KISS and YAGNI. You will collaborate with the Lead Engineer and CTO on the technical roadmap and help improve tooling

Qualifications

Extensive production backend experience with C# and .NET.
Experience in software architecture and domain modelling; applies SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI.
Experience with AI throughout the development process and clear decision communication.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver features across the core search and recommendation engine.
Review code, AI-generated and human-written, and participate in production readiness.
Improve performance, scalability and resilience with profiling and production data.
Own changes through deployment and maintenance, investigate incidents, prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with Lead Engineer and CTO on design and technical roadmap; improve tooling and AI workflows.
