Job summary

Palette is building the shared context layer for teams and AI. You will own the brain of Palette—the signal engine—and drive a graph of activities across a company’s tools, tying people and AI together in one timeline.

This founder role expects you to reason about code, output, and impact while moving fast. You’ll work across data, ML, and software, shaping how Palette turns raw signals into actionable context with strong product sense and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Own the pipelines at real volume with data privacy and security in mind.
• Identify use cases and drive what we build next on top of the data.
• Collaborate across data, ML, and software to ship end-to-end.
• Comfortable across the stack with TypeScript / Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Own the brain of Palette: the signal engine, from events to a queryable graph.
• Drive end-to-end development of the signal pipeline and retrieval system.
• Ship with a founder mindset, balancing speed and quality.
• Define how raw signals become shared context across teams.
