Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Business Solution Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover at our Flow of Goods department, based at the Head Office in Aarhus. You will work to develop and optimise processes across purchase orders, store orders and the wider supply chain, ensuring value from suppliers to distribution centres and our 3,600 stores in 29 countries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Business Developer, preferably in retail, replenishment or forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems.
• Basic knowledge of data structures and proficient English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions to deliver continuous value.
• Assist end-users and provide guidance on new features.
• Create and execute test cases, validate results and support rollout of new solutions.
• Work closely with business and IT to align priorities and secure buy-in for implementations.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and optimize processes.
