Job summary

Mangia in Copenhagen is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee service operations and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service flow and fine dining standards, ensuring efficient coordination between the front of house and kitchen.

This role offers the chance to influence service structure while working closely with a dedicated team in a supportive environment. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, along with a proactive and service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Waiter is a plus.
• Ability to maintain calm during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the floor including reservations and service coordination.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Coordinate between front of house and kitchen.

Job description

We expect:

• Strong understanding of service flow, guest experience, and fine dining standards

• Ability to take responsibility for the floor, including reservations, seating, and service coordination

• Experience acting as support to the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between FOH and kitchen

• Ability to maintain structure, calm, and efficiency during busy service

• Hands‑on leadership approach with a strong presence on the floor

• Support in wine service and knowledge of non‑alcoholic beverage

• Proactive, responsible, and detail‑oriented mindset

• Professional, service‑minded, and team‑oriented attitude

• Previous experience as Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Waiter is a plus
