Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, method development, documentation, and ensuring high-quality data while maintaining safety and facilities.

Qualifications

• PhD in food technology or related field with strong practical/lab experience.
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques and pilot-scale facilities.
• Practical experience with extruders and lab equipment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience guiding students and researchers in laboratory settings.
• English proficiency, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scientific-technical and operational activities in lab and pilot-scale projects.
• Support advanced experimental work with analytical methods and equipment.
• Maintain SOPs, method documentation, and safety practices.
• Provide guidance to students and researchers in experimental planning and data quality.
• Support teaching activities and project meetings with technical results.
