Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within accounting, financial reporting, controlling, audit, or a similar finance function.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, statutory reporting, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Experience from a Big Four firm or similar audit environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong audit and compliance mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for accounting, reporting, and financial control activities.
• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensuring high-quality statutory and Group reporting.
• Acting as the primary coordinator for internal and external audits.
• Supporting the continued development of financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Drive improvements in reporting quality, transparency, and process efficiency.
