Job summary

Martin Bencher is seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Controller to manage finance and accounting for the region as a maternity cover for about one year.

You will oversee timely close, prepare management reports, support audits, and drive automation and improvements across the ATR process in collaboration with Global Service Centres and core finance teams. Strong communication across senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance or equivalent with GAAP/IFRS understanding.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA/ACCA) required.
• Experience in accounting & reporting with SAP and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Timely closure of books and reporting of financials.
• Support teams in Global Service Centres.
• Assist and prepare documentation related to compliance/controls.
• Review and resolve Cargo Wise related entries and system updates.
• Prepare monthly management reports and support audits.
• Drive improvements across the ATR process and automate where possible.
