Job summary

BESTSELLER Personal Assistant to the CFO is a maternity cover based in Aarhus, Denmark. You will manage a busy calendar, coordinate cross-border travel and prepare meetings and materials with precision and discretion.

Joining BESTSELLER Finance, you will work closely with the CFO and leadership across the global finance network, ensuring deadlines are met and communications are professional in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant roles, preferably supporting senior leadership.
• Experience managing complex calendars, meeting coordination and travel planning.
• Skilled in preparing presentations and professional documentation.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the CFO’s calendar in line with business priorities.
• Coordinate meetings and travel across functions, countries and time zones.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials and documentation.
• Keep track of deadlines, actions and deliverables and ensure follow-up.
• Support coordination and communication between the CFO, Finance leadership and key stakeholders.
• Internal communication, including newsletters and updates for Finance site and Town Halls.
• Handle administrative tasks and confidential information with high discretion.
