Job summary

UNICEF Supply Division is seeking a Finance Specialist (Supply Financing) to support financing partnerships and solutions, including mobilizing domestic resources and bridging timing gaps in government or grant disbursements. The role will coordinate day-to-day supply financing operations and donor reporting across multiple country offices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, Audit or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in development finance, risk management, or related areas.
• Experience with Ministries of Health and Finance, budgeting, procurement relating to health products.
• Experience with credit facilities, revolving funds, or lending portfolios.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply financing operations.
• Support resource mobilization efforts and donor reporting.
• Engage with Ministries of Health and Finance on VII revolving fund.
• Coordinate forecast exercises with Country Offices to secure procurement planning.
