DTU Bioengineering, part of the Technical University of Denmark, invites applications for a Laboratory Technician role in microbial cultivation and fermentation. You will support projects, maintain the facility, and contribute to high-throughput screening and automation efforts in the Yeast Biotechnology Group within the Synthetic Biology section.

• Experience with basic microbiology techniques and safe handling of microbial cultures.
• Familiarity with cultivation, fermentation or related lab workflows is a plus.
• Interest in automation and high-throughput screening is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Participate actively in research projects and plan/perform experimental work.
• Share responsibility for equipment maintenance and lab safety, and mentor junior students.
• Assist in teaching practicals and course labs related to fermentation core.
• Contribute to methods development, high-throughput screening and process optimization.
