Job summary

Dandy in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced bartender to own a busy bar section from the first guest to the last, crafting cocktails to spec at speed, and maintaining a clean, stocked station for each service. You will ensure accurate POS handling and a proper close so the next shift walks in ready to go.

On Saturdays you will be pouring for a crowd, reading who needs attention, and making every guest feel like the only one there. English is essential; Danish or other languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a busy bar, restaurant or hotel.
• Confident with classic cocktails and menu explanations.
• Strong hygiene standards and cash/card handling proficiency.
• English language required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run your section of the bar from first guest to last.
• Mix cocktails to spec at speed and maintain a stocked, clean station.
• Handle the POS accurately and close the bar properly for the next shift.
• Provide welcoming service and engage guests during busy periods.
