The Library Bar – ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza is seeking an experienced bartender to join the Front of House team in Copenhagen. You will deliver high-quality cocktails and bar service, collaborate with the bar team, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Located inside Copenhagen Plaza near Tivoli Gardens, this role offers an iconic, historic bar environment with evening shifts and opportunities for development within Ligula Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and classic mixology.
• Professional, structured and guest-focused.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-end bar environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).

The Library Bar is looking for an experienced and service‑minded bartender to join our Front of House team. Our award‑winning cocktail bar is known for its elegant atmosphere, classic mixology and high level of guest service. Located inside Copenhagen Plaza, right next to Tivoli Gardens, The Library Bar offers a unique and refined environment for both guests and staff.

About the Position

As a bartender at The Library Bar, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality cocktail and bar experience. You will work closely with our bar team to ensure smooth service, excellent product knowledge and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
• Providing professional and attentive guest service
• Maintaining bar setup, cleanliness and stock levels
• Handling payments and ensuring correct closing procedures
• Collaborating with the FOH team to secure seamless operations
• Upholding high standards of hygiene and safety

Your Profile

• Experience as a bartender is required
