Job summary

Bellagroup, operating AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across breakfast, events, and meetings in Copenhagen. You will drive guest experiences, coach the team, and ensure service standards are met in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will lead by example, maintain high service levels, and collaborate with colleagues to promote the Bellagroup values of care, execution, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience of food and beverage operations, preferably from a hotel or conference environment.
• A service-minded approach and the ability to engage and develop colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation across breakfast restaurant, conference lunches, group dining and meeting rooms.
• Support, train, and motivate the team to ensure excellent guest experiences and compliance with Marriott brand standards and health and safety standards.
