Job summary

AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, part of Bellagroup, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our kitchens, restaurants, bar and events. You will drive guest experiences, set standards, and oversee budgeting, revenue growth and cost management.

As a visible, hands-on leader within Bellagroup, you will develop managers and teams, partner with Sales, Marketing and Hotel Leadership, and shape a commercially focused F&B operation with an emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced hospitality leader with a track record of managing complex Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and guest experience.
• Proven ability to develop teams, set standards, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and teams across all F&B operations.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue growth, profitability and cost management for the department.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Hotel Leadership to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets with high service and food safety standards.
