Sushi Nørregade ApS in central Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Cook specializing in sushi, Japanese cuisine and Cambodian dishes to join our kitchen team. You will prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with sushi techniques, knowledge of Japanese ingredients, and a collaborative mindset to work with the kitchen crew during busy service.

About the Position

Sushi Nørregade ApS is looking for an experienced and motivated Cook specializing in sushi , Japanese cuisine and combodian cuisine to join our restaurant team in central Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have practical experience preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes, and combodian cuisine ,a passion for Japanese cuisine, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Job Details

• Job title: Cook – Sushi and Japanese Cuisine and combodian couisine
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent position
• Working hours: 37 hours per week
• Monthly salary: EUR 4,600 or equivalent to danish currency of 4600 € gross
• Start date: As soon as possible
