You will use your expertise , draw on the knowledge of colleagues and build trusted client relationships.Your areas of responsibility will include:Designing and implementing incentive programmesHelping companies identify suitable remuneration benchmarksDesigning remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talentDeveloping job architectures, from standard frameworks to tailored solutionsHelping companies improve and run their annual rewards cycl esPreparing companies for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, from design through implementation and communicationSupporting clients with other matters related to pay and performance.Contribute with your rewards or consulting experienceWe know that no one can do everything in advance. We imagine that you:Have at least five years of professional experience in rewards or management consultingTake ownership, aim to make a difference and deliver high-quality outcomesLearn quickly and want to further develop your experience to create impact for organisationsHave strong analytical skills and can identify and address client needsHave solid experience managing impactful projectsAre proficient in Excel and other data analysis toolsThrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible in meeting client expectationsHave a relevant education in economics, finance or businessAre fluent in English and Danish.Grow here.
