PwC Workforce and Rewards in Copenhagen is expanding and seeking a senior colleague to address rewards and workforce challenges. You will design incentive programmes, shape remuneration packages and develop job architectures to attract and retain talent.

Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate across AI, legal, tax and data teams to deliver practical solutions and meaningful client outcomes for organisations and people.

Qualifications

You will need at least five years of experience in rewards or management consulting.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
Fluent in English and Danish.
Relevant education in economics, finance or business.

Designing and implementing incentive programmes.
Helping companies identify suitable remuneration benchmarks.
Designing remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talent.

Work with people, performance and rewards

Together with the leading Partner and your team, you will drive client engagements and deliver meaningful solutions. You will use your expertise , draw on the knowledge of colleagues and build trusted client relationships.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

Designing and implementing incentive programmes
Helping companies identify suitable remuneration benchmarks
Designing remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talent
Developing job architectures, from standard frameworks to tailored solutions
Helping companies improve and run their annual rewards cycl es

Contribute with your rewards or consulting experience

We imagine that you:

Have at least five years of professional experience in rewards or management consulting
Take ownership, aim to make a difference and deliver high-quality outcomes
Learn quickly and want to further develop your experience to create impact for organisations
Have strong analytical skills and can identify and address client needs
Have solid experience managing impactful projects
Are proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible in meeting client expectations
Have a relevant education in economics, finance or business
Are fluent in English and Danish.
