Job summary

Tryg Forsikring A/S is seeking a Senior Business Advisor to join the Executive Office in Ballerup. You will turn complex questions into clear insights, prepare decision materials, and coordinate executive-level activities for the board.

You will work closely with the Executive Board, gain broad exposure across Tryg, and contribute to strategic topics with significant responsibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• From 2 years of relevant experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, executive support, business development, transformation or a comparable role.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, political science, engineering or another relevant field.
• Experience from insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A proven ability to structure complex problems, conduct robust analysis and develop concise, decision-oriented recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to build clear, well-structured presentations for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively while building alignment.
• Fluency in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish, together with professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise Executive Board on strategic, organizational, and business-critical topics.
• Preparing decision materials and presentations for the Executive Board
• Coordinate and plan events for top management.
• Contribute to strategic analysis, business development, data analysis, and gathering insights.
• Coordinate input from senior stakeholders and align with TryghedsGruppen.
