Qualifications

• Masters degree with a quantitative focus and strong academic record.
• 3-5 years of experience from top-tier consulting, in-house consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial foundation and excellent analytical skills.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems and drive analyses from hypothesis to recommendation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to engage senior leaders.
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic recommendations to the CFO and Executive Management based on a holistic view of financial performance and priorities.
• Lead strategic finance projects across the CFO area, collaborating with Actuarial, Risk & Capital, Financial Performance, Investments, and Investor Relations.
• Drive quantitative analyses and develop insights to support high-level decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial overviews, frameworks, and models to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Independently drive complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Support development of strategic initiatives on the Executive Management agenda.
