Garden & Sazio in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to take overall responsibility for the kitchens at our two independent restaurants. You will work in the kitchen, lead evening service, and elevate quality across both venues.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a commitment to developing a cohesive team. Start date ASAP or by agreement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional restaurant kitchens.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and development of both kitchens.
• Active participation in production and evening service.
• Menu development and quality control.
• Leadership, training and development of kitchen staff.
• Staff planning and scheduling.
• Purchasing, stock control and kitchen finances.
• Food cost management and waste minimization.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Delegating tasks to key team members.
